When I first got started in beauty medicine there were few workable choices for reliable fat reduction and elimination. Zeltiq: A therapy that uses controlled cold  to break down fat cells so your body eliminates them as waste.

Laserlipo: This therapy removes fat by using an optical fiber the size of angel hair pasta to melt fat into a liquid form which is aspyrated away.

Mesotherapy: This therapy includes fat scuplting and cellulite elimination. Currently mesotherapy is the only way to successfully eliminate cellulite.
